Shri Bharatiya Sanskruti Samvardhak Trust regularly organizes free medical camps for the benefit of people living in rural villages under the inspiration of Pujya Bhaishri. Typically, Navratri Anushthan and Shri Hari Mandir Patotsav are two major events at Sandipani when free medical camps have been organized since 1992.
Doctors are invited from Porbandar and nearby cities to donate their time. Patients are examined, provided free laboratory tests and receive free treatment for various illnesses. When needed, patients are taken to nearby hospitals and if surgery is required financial help is provided by sponsors.
Over 66,000 people have been diagnosed through the various camps, 1,354 cataracts, laser eye and maxillofacial surgeries have been conducted up to the 2016 Patotsav. Over 470 laboratory tests have been carried out and over 6,800 individuals have been supported with free medicines.

Ophthalmology
Check-up and detection of optical diseases. Cataracts and intra ocular implant surgeries are carried out by renowned ophthalmologists who volunteer their time.
Dental
Dispensaries are set up on the campus during festivals and other occasions to give free treatment and medicines to those who require them. People from rural areas are educated with respect to oral hygiene and about the hazards of tobacco chewing as well as addiction.
Polio
Eradicating Polio has been a medical challenge for India and the Polio drives have been extremely successful in their “Two drops of life” campaign. Sandipani locations were regularly used for the organization of such camps. Thousands of children have been administered the polio vaccine. Surgeries have been sponsored by the Trust for hundreds of children affected by polio.
Maxillofacial
Patients affected by conditions such as congenital defects of the palate, mouth and the face are intensively examined and referred to hospitals in Ahmedabad for surgery. Free medication is also dispensed to these patients.
Varied Specialty
Services of doctors in the fields of general medicine, skin, urology, pulmonology, cancer, diabetes and endocrinology as well as other diseases that require special assessment like cerebral palsy, are also provided to people.
Blood Donation
Very often during Kathas, organizations are invited to set up blood donation locations in the campus. During Pujya Bhaishri’s 50th Birthday celebrations an All India Blood Donation Drive was organized by his followers and more than 5,100 units of blood was collected.
